My focus is on preserving affordable housing for future generations by helping owners secure the financial resources needed to maintain and improve aging properties. Through Mark-Up-To-Market contracts nationwide, I've helped preserve over $150 million in affordable housing assets, enabling property owners to recapitalize buildings, fund critical repairs, and position properties for long-term sustainability. Many of the properties we serve are 50+ years old and face significant capital needs—our work ensures these vital community resources continue serving low-income families for decades to come.
